Co-Founder and Business Development Director
Matt has over 25 years of executive experience spanning executive search, capital raising, entrepreneurship, and operations. In the world of search, his focus has been on securing talent at VP-CXO level for scaleup technology companies across Europe and the US. Most recently he was the EU Commercial Director at Fuse Capital, the leadiing debt advisory firm in the €2-20m market. He is a keen (but average) golfer, plays badminton regularly, loves cooking, and might occasionally indulge in a good bottle of wine.

Advisor
Peter is an Anglo-Swedish corporate lawyer who practised in London, Brussels and Washington DC (1999-2005). Peter co-founded a series of residential property funds in Budapest (2006-2008) before establishing The Brody House Group (a property-backed hospitality business) in 2009 in which he remains a significant investor and holds a non-executive Board role. He is a former Cambridge Blue in golf, keen skier and almost unbeatable at Bananagrams.
